Just in case you’re wondering, my name is pronounced Eva… I was born in Poland and I grew up in Canada. I've always felt a strong connection to nature, so when I felt drawn to the ocean, I took a leap of faith and moved to Bermuda.

I've experienced many changes in my life, which became catalysts to radical growth and transformation. The day I chose to stand in my personal power, everything changed. I started to believe in myself. I realized my purpose is to help others connect with themselves and create the life they want.

I am a certified coach, an E-RYT 500 trauma-informed yoga teacher and an entrepreneur. Ten years ago, I started practicing yoga. The physical practice helped me to heal my body from injury and connect with myself. Through this journey, I discovered the power of personal growth, spirituality, and psychology.
